Our payment terms are usually agreed before commencing works. We usually take a deposit prior to commencing works, followed by interim stage payments with the balance paid upon completion of works.

Yes, we will carry out any repair to your house, no matter how small or big. We have even put up curtain rails for clients, as we believe in Customer Satisfaction and that every Client is just as important.
Yes, our Contractors are able to gain entry and change all types of locks, such as PVC doors, wooden doors, aluminium shutters. We even fit Lock Safes for the elderly.
Yes, we are able to supply references from several of our satisfied clients both individuals and corporate clients. If you would like to see any of our previously completed jobs, we take photographs before and after or if you prefer we can take you round to view one of our completed projects!
Yes, we check the previous employer references, samples of previous work undertaken, qualifications and ID, so that our Clients have peace of mind that they are dealing with trustworthy and qualified Contractors. This also applies to all our Sub Contractors. We carry out a lot of work for elderly and disabled people who trust our competence and service
Yes, we are adequately insured.
Yes, our standard guarantee is usually 30 days after date of invoice. However, this does depend from job to job and is usually agreed beforehand.
Yes, we ensure that all our jobs comply with the relevant Health and Safety Laws and Policies.

If you are not happy with A2Z Estates, Maintenance & Renovation please tell us If you are unhappy about any A2Z Estates, Maintenance & RENOVATION’S service, please speak to the relevant Project Manager. If you are unhappy with an individual in A2Z Estates, Maintenance & Renovation sometimes it is best to tell him or her directly. If you feel this is difficult or inappropriate then speak to the staff member’s manager or the Director.
Often we will be able to give you a response straight away. When the matter is more complicated we will give you at least an initial response within ten working days.
Making a written complaint If you are not satisfied with our response or wish to raise the matter more formally, please write to the Director/Chief Executive by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
All written complaints will be logged. You will receive a written acknowledgement within fourteen working days.
The aim is to investigate your complaint properly and give you a reply within 28 working days, setting out how the problem will be dealt with. If this is not possible, an interim response will be made informing you of the action taken to date or being considered.

Yes, we work alongside either Local Authority or Private Building Contractor who issue a Completion Certificate upon satisfactory completions works. We also provide Gas Safe, Electrical Safety and Damp Proof and Structural Certificates, where relevant.
Yes, we are often called to complete the work that that has been started by other Builders. Especially by clients who have been victims of underqualified, rogue Contractors. Following a bad experience with a Contractor doing work to your property, it can be very stressful and distressing time for you. However, through our Billy House Doctor Service, we visit your property, and giver impartial advise as to how to rectify the situation and put the bad experience behind you!
Yes, if a previous builder has left your property in a ‘mess’ or incomplete, don’t worry we will assess the works along side you and come up with a plan as to how to rectify the situation and make the best out of a bad situation. Through our several years of experience, we have seen several examples of ‘Nightmare Builders’ or ‘Builders from Hell’ and nothing phases us!
Yes, we do. We are experience in Basement and Cellar Conversions. And have converted several basements, even damp ones! We are able to provide guarantees and certificates for our work.
